Breakfast had a good variety but because our stay was during Christmas and new year, it was overcrowded and the restaurant was not prepared to deal with such crowds. The hotel was so thoughtful to put presents in front of my children’s rooms for Christmas. Such a lovely gesture.

woow i loved it .. room was big enough.. clean .. many smart buttons for lighting and toilet.. staff was sooo friendly and good .. the location is really good many restaurants are near by as well as underground station .. the breakfast was so good !! I highly recommend this hotel and definitely will visit again

Rooms were very comfortable, spacious and cleaned. They were fully equipped, including toiletries, hairdryer and comfy bathrobes. Despite restoration works in progress in the restaurant, breakfast was rearranged and served at the second floor. Breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection of food and beverages. Spa and pool area were also available from 09 till 21 and well managed. Well equipped gym open 24/7. All staff was courteous and very helpful.

Ingrid and her team were fantastic. The service provided for my 3 children was beyond expectations ( it was their first trip away together without a parent. My eldest daughter has a disability and her brother and sister wanted to give her a special holiday). I hadn't expected the level of care and thoughtfulness shown by Ingrid ( the general manager) in particular, and reflected by all the staff. I can't say a big enough thank you! They had a wonderful stay. The adjoining rooms were perfect, the welcome gifts were really thoughtful, breakfasts were excellent, and the pool was lovely. I thoroughly recommend staying at Montcalm East.

We loved everything, the spacious room equipped with everything required at the highest level, an incredibly comfortable bed, an excellent shower, cleanliness and meticulous room service twice a day! The reception staff was attentive and able to help with every question and request with professional courtesy and good will. On the day of departure, we received excellent advice and assistance in organizing our trip to the airport from Christian at reception (it was a very smooth and comfortable ride), The breakfast was rich with a selection that could satisfy any requirement. In conclusion, a perfect stay!

I had a fantastic stay. Everything was great. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and access everything I needed. The breakfast was excellent. Great food options to start the day. Overall, I loved my stay here!

It was modern stylish very well located and staff were super friendly .there are lots of great details in the design features throughout . I was there god my bachelorette weekend and had balloons and chocolate and wine and rose petals in the room on arrival. It was really special, the spa is a decent size as well and I really enjoyed my treatments

This hotel has surpassed my expectations bearing in mind I have stayed in 5 star hotels across the world. Let’s start with attentiveness - the staff notice you have children and provided them with balloons cuddly toys and books to keep them entertained! Massive tick ✔️ we all know as parents that travelling with kids is chaotic. They all took all my luggage and had them sent to the room. Now on to customer service - there was a slight hiccup on check in and there was a delay this was handled impeccably well as they offered another room to freshen up whilst they made ours ready. ✔️ On to rooms - We had the pleasure of being upgraded to the family affair from a junior suite and let me tell you this did not disappoint from the views and the space which includes two bathrooms ✔️ The staff - Kind/Friendly/Smiling well done Montcalm east there is nothing worse than spending your hard earned money and not feeling it was worth it due to rudeness/or being ignored!!✔️ This hotel will check up on you and see if you require anything at down time which is great ✔️ All amenities were restocked everyday and nothing was missing ie milk for your morning coffee ✔️ I am truly impressed with this hotel and my kids don’t want to leave ✔️😊
